Hi, I rang APA Investor Relations. Spoke to a very nice woman who answered my questions honestly and promptly.
I asked about the chances of CKI's offer being approved by the various Govt agencies; she told me some of CKI's purchases have been approved and some haven't!
The offer was sent to all of us because the BOARD has an obligation to inform the shareholders of any offer which is advantageous to us.
I commend the BOARD for it's 'honesty' at the expense of them being out of a job if the takeover is approved.
