Here's just an inkling... Not much has been heard of OMV production since it started. On this basis might they be worried that one missile might come their way. Damage would probably be in the $millions so staying out of the limelight might just be clever. ... Now PSA funding is limited and if we needed $millions due to missile damage, where would these $ come from - maybe it's smart not be centre stage. Also, I am not sure whether the Force majeure keeps insurance viable. So maybe approvals are only a bit player in the process. Whereas war is the elephant in the PSA's room. Just maybe our chairman is in safeguarding mode with the $450m processing facility , while Hummer is securing our future (Crossed fingers on number 2 Well being a success!).
