Hey Sroyle, not quite sure what you are getting at here. Sounds to me like Im3ny have a lease agreement for 200,000ft though currently are only paying for 20,000? The 20,000 feet seems fairly reasonable to store all the Alevo equipment and Machinery while planning and development is taking place.

So given your questions, I might just ask a few of my own if you can please answer.

1. Would you think im3ny paying for 200,000 ft of space they're not using as at 30 June is a better option than paying the 20,000 ft they currently need?

2. How benefitial will the $538,200 potential savings ($598,000pa for 200,000 sq ft at $2.99 vs - $59,800pa for 20,000ft at $2.99) be on the ability to develop and start up the project.

3. Would you think it appropriate to be leasing the full space for 15GWh factory when you intend to only produce 1GWh initially? And at what point should Im3ny begin paying for the total space needed to produce their end goal of 15GWh

4. You said initial production of 1GWh as at mid-2020. Where did you get this from as from my research indicates this production is targeted in mid 2019, or less than 9 months from now?

5. When a building is being described by square feet (or even acres), I would imagine this is the total floor space of the building. That would mean that a 4 storey building would have 4 times the square footage of the area of land the building is actually taking up. Could you please review the buildings located at Huron campus and please provide the total usable floor space of each? I know you love just looking at the land, but I would like to know how big these buildings actually are.
