In my opinion the region will be India where the next gigafactory will open.
Also MNS would not be considering opening anything nor directors buying if there wasn't something happening that will greatly benefit MNS.

Some people,even directors can sell for a reason,possibly because they need the money to pay bills or debts.
Nothing to do with how the company is performing.
These non holders are starting to grasp at straws now,scraping the bottom of the barrell for fodder to throw like juvenile macaques.
