I think you have gotten you wires crossed?! Sroyle said "1 Gwh of cell production by mid 2020" So if they get the factory up and running by mid 2019, then it stands to reason that they would aim for a ramp up period to achieve the 1GWh production. So a mid 2020 full 1GWh production doesn't appear to be all that unreasonable IMO.
If MNS had a building earmarked and ready for installation, then don't you think they would be bandying about some photographic evidence of this?
