True, and SH's are under no obligation to keep their shares (sell) when mgt don't tell them how they plan to spend their funds and what production they expect to generate from deploying those funds = difficult to asset your investment.
This is NOT a .... hold and hope stock.
Its production based, thus needs to produce returns for investors using the capital those investors provide. Without production guidance, why invest !!!
