It may not be a price sensitive announcement but it is a shareholder sensitive announcement with a substantial vote against the re-election of Ben Jennings as a director with Grant Ellison (who owns ~20% of the company) putting his hand up to vote against the re-election at the meeting. It makes me wonder if we have a disharmonious board here especially when Cameron Petricevic decided not to stand for re-election a day or two prior to the AGM.
Get your stuff together guys, they're all red flags for me.
