Yes very close to a capital raising of around 1 cent if they can find some sucker sophisticated investors,money getting low after using the quarry deposit to keep going.It may be the first AGM that only the board turned up tne of the worst boards on the ASX. Too late for share holders to get out with large volumes without crashing the share price. CHEERS
