I doubt the market will allow PRAN ADR's to go below $1. This story is a long way from over with important EU iron chelation trials in Parkinsons, based in France and Alzheimer's Disease at the Florey. OK, not Prana's chelator, but a chelator, 

I doubt there is any chance of Prana going broke. They have no debt to speak of, and the ATM to raise cash as needed. All IMO
