New data by lvt on life time value to cost of acquisition of customer ltv:cac ratio. Presenting a ratio of 3.5:1, industry benchmark for good SaaS models appears to be 3:1 by my research, anyone understand this calc any better than is explained here? Reads very well given guidance that they’d be spending less in h2 than h1, prob pushing this ratio into what is considered to be “great business model” territory by June 30
