Not sure of any imminent acquisitions but maybe they are thinking of picking up some startups in Canada as Rob was saying it's even more of a fragmented market than the US so maybe they are looking for a sub $10 million deal to bolster the Canadian growth and acquire a low margin business to use it as a sales vehicle. I don't see NEA buying 3DP just yet but their offline map offering could be interesting but the question is, is it not cheaper to just make it in house?
