ok then wheres the announcement stating Siemens are doing work for x percent of the venture.
Your the one stating its unpaid work which I doubt. Just because they havent been paid yet doesn't mean they wont be. Many contracts are milestone based payments. Not to mention how much work have they actually done beyond quoting for future work.
