I also attended the AGM. Basically what rikson said ill add.

Great AGM couple points that really stood out to me was:

1. As we knew Nachu remains a strong focus to bring the mine online asap and financing the mine is the focus and on track, couple options including a JV.

2. NY factory making good progress and will be the blue print for future factories, 50 Mil US required and the co and im3 are receiving extremely strong interest from large groups for the cash.

3. Future factories will potentially come with funding locked in with it.

4. Co does believes its timing of supplying li batteries to the world is perfect to capitalise on the ever growing lithium ion battery market and still have a healthy margin.

5. I had a chat with Hon Warick Smith AM, Dr U Bez, and Marc V.

Waricks contacts in the business world is insane just read his resume and he said he will open many doors with his network for mns and is very excited.

Dr U Bez I asked the same question he also said he truly does believe mns will have a huge foot print in the global supply of lithium batteries and is excited on his contacts in the auto industry with mns business.

Marc V extremely bullish on the mine and NY too much to list but hopefully thats some feedback for those genuine holders that couldn't attend.
