There are plenty of weird transactions. Speaking of property, a guy named Steve who is a real estate agent (after some googling) was given 700,000 options last year with no real explanation. “Consulting fees”. Can’t see what they’d be for considering he’s Sydney based and MNS have no projects here. They expired worthless luckily for holders but nonetheless it’s curious that the company is so loose in splashing big chunks of shares/options around to people with seemingly no direct relevance.
