The biggest issue in FY2017 financials was the doubling of Selling And Admin costs - RMB30M up to 60M. The CFO said that they were a one-off, but when pressed, the CEO was not as definite about that. With H1FY2018 now complete, they must know how they are running on that expense item (but, of course, they can't say anything until accounts audited). We have to wait until 31st August.
10% of Chinese who shop with a mobile are customers of this business. I don't know if this is the maximum they can achieve, or if there is a lot more blue sky??
