Ugly situation for us to be in, we can't afford anything to go wrong from here. Is there anything to stop CMC from drawing this process out for an extra six months and delaying payment further? If so what happens to HAV when November next year rolls around and they don't have the cash to repay the loan?The genius behind the Nth Portia deal needs to go before he makes anymore great deals for us imo.
