You are probably right but whilst it remans subject to "mutually satisfactory documentation" it still remains conditional and is likely not to be binding on either party.

I'm just suggesting that to be safe, if you're interested in buying, its probably better to wait until the deal is signed off, how is that being dangerous. I'd say the people jumping in at 10cents thinking the price is "cheap" with not a skerrick of justification are more dangerous.
There is significant risk to the stock price and the future of the company as a going concern until the deal with Sprott is completely bedded down IMO.
I've seen companies go into VA with share prices higher than this. Centaur Mining and Exploration and Croesus Mining were both trading well above 20cents per share when they disappeared from the boards if my memory serves me correctly. I'm sure there have been plenty of others.
It's a factor to consider at this juncture until the finance is completely resolved. Esh
