The stop loss rules are easy. Don't buy the thing in the first place and you're not going to make any losses. Sort of being suggesting this for a long time.
The Sprott deal is not signed yet and while the company remains in this state it would seem from the auditors comments that the company is sailing close to the wind of the insolvent trading laws.
Even if I was a gambler I would personally avoid buying any stock until the Sprott deal is all signed, sealed and delivered, just to be on the safe side. If Sprott pull out and the directors don't have a back up plan they will likely be forced to call in VAs unless their creditors give them some form of relief. Esh
