If this company were in a horse race it would be described as "others better" in the betting assessment. For a gold company to still be in such a poor financial (and operational) position after several years of excellent gold prices should be a warning about the people who are running this company. The "new" management and directors have been installed since Nov of 2015. In that time share price has continued its glide downwards and the key message is still (after 2 years) that they are making "progress" on the turnaround. If the company is still talking about developing more reliable production and cash flow after this long - in this gold price environment then holders should be skeptical about what those leading this company are really capable of. I hope they prove me wrong but the red flags are flying. Better bets are the Australian gold miners mining gold in Australia and being run by proven Aussie gold mining management.
