... as a long time watcher , but non-holder ... I can see some improvements in the company's financials ... the trends do appear to be heading up ....but not enough to entice a non-holder to buy in yet ...

Holders will probably be loyal to the company ... and that's fair enough .... but I doubt many will be topping up their holdings ...

... which leads me to theorize that net sellers will out-weigh net buyers , until the next set of financials come out ...

I'm sure the time to buy in will come ... in a few months perhaps ... anything at or under 1 cent has got to be very good buying ...
