I pretty much agree however if management are in on it then I would say ASX has grounds to enforce laws regarding updating market with price sensitive information. If it's a big front running 3rd party with no affiliation to board then yes its a case of sell, put up, shut up and hope the situation breaks the camels back.
Who knows.. just know cause and effect are not in effect here, no gravity and no chance of a move up ceteris parabis.
If we do find out later down the track they "were in talks" regarding a take-over I will have no problem retroactively bringing this suspended animation gold stock to the attention of the ASX as this stinks of being played from the inside out in a major way.. id struggle to believe talks regarding a takeover or some other such event are not the cause of this and to that extent ill stick to my guns and call for an ASX please explain.
