There is ZERO doubt its being capped. Only noobs or those hoping it falls further to buy more would disagree - HOWEVER HAVING SAID THAT - knowing its capped means nothing as its absolutely legal. Theres nothing you can do - either give up and sell or hope there is a good reason for the cap.
