Well, someone posted over 750 words post, very carefully constructed, with good insights, showing very good knowledge of the company(considerable time and effort needs to be spent to gather those knowledge and does need a sharp brain) just to prove that investing in SLR at this time is not a compelling case.
I think the whole pain the individual took to relate that is a very compelling case of what that individual's intention would be. If someone spend his/her time for HotCopper charity work, then have to be the biggest fool in my book.
If I thought a company was not worth my time, and I could not make a profit from my investment, I would not even look through a binocular from 100 miles, let alone spend my time to tell people what I was thinking.
I don't believe anybody has that kind of time for BS, especially at HC forum. If it was then it would be the second coming of Jesus Christ.
If 3 or 4 funds were accumulating just under 5%, they would never have to announce their holdings.
These funds never go above 5% just for that reason.
Yes , I do believe SLR will not pull out any rabbit out of their hat or they will strike any 'OIL' but I am more than confident they will strike more of a thing called "GOLD"
