I agree, it looks good, hard to find fault, i assume there will be slow steady growth over the years.
Probably biggest risk is global prices falling, no idea what would precipitate such an event though. Some political risks also, but i think they will continue to decrease over time.
If i didnt have money tied up elsewhere...
