And we all know all lawyers are perfect. Right? They are the supermen and women of our species? Cannot possibly do no wrong. Even inadvertently.
It happens daveg. It doesn't mean it has to be a big issue, or they mean to do it. But larger investors do get a hotline into the company. That's ok I would expect it too. They can also receive info as a result that the rest of us don't. The smaller details that can matter.
Now that shouldn't happen but come on, live in the real world. It most certainly happens.
I don't mind writing to a company that I invest in that I believe (and I'm by far not the only one here) is not providing good-enough company details. Even though a 'lawyer' is in charge.
