They grew earnings by 6% in FY2017, against the backdrop of a flat premium environment.
And for FY2018 they are forecasting NPAT growth between "5% and 10%"
This while they are seeing premium increases "in the single digits" (compared to the flat rate environment over the past few years).
So, I suspect that the upper end of the "5% to 10% growth" guidance range is virtually in the bag.
