I most defintly understand the attraction .......i'm using "bug-off" so that I don't get burnt (my 2nd funny today .....lol).

unless major shareholder chges the Board, and then sells jaya for > 300m ......I don't rekon the stock will run away.......low probability of that occurring ......ditto sale of very large number of boats inside of 3-months ......

How much do debt do you think they can support? And therefore how much should they raise in the CR?

Agree that a re cap seems a better answer now than selling the good boats at the current mega low market prices.
