1) Securing someone with SOP experience must be tough - if it was easy I'm sure the other company's would have hired by now.
2) However I'm not sure we need someone with SOP experience. We need someone that can market the company.
The next announcement from the company (other than possible drilling results) should be regarding the Environmental submission. It should be by the end of this month.
