    Hi guys just wondering how CWN want to spin off their hotels into a separate REIT company, willthis be good or existing CWN shareholders?
    If I buy into CWN right now, and the split goes ahead, what happens with my stock?
    do I automatically get a bit of the other companys stock when the split happens?
