You are right, the only institutional capacity in which I am attending is as the self-appointed Chief Investment Officer of my family trustD). As such, I am a bit of a gate crasher. (Although my sense is that any shareholder could attend; the site visit just isn't advertised very widely.)
Buy 100 shares and you, too, can attend.
And if you do I'll treat you to a glass of water from the water cooler (served in a disposable plastic cup) on the day.
