Yes, on the few occasions I've been there, other being able to remain dry in the event that it rained, I've not once coming away feeling that much effort went onto making me feel especially comfortable.

And yes, the Bayswater industrial precinct, with its assortment of wrecking yards, fabrication shops, and other light industry - does not exactly imbue one with a sense of aesthetic pleasure. In fact, the place is a complete misnomer, with nary a bay nor any water for many miles around.

At the risk of labouring the point, I don't think commercial rents are too high in Bayswater
(not that SDI pays much in a way of rent.)

At any rate - no offence here - but it pleases me greatly that not too much in a way of the capital of SDI shareholders, went towards satiating the appetites of interlopers such as yourself.
