Twenty years as a client of the stockbroking fraternity tells me that this sort of behaviour is completely consistent with the way the profession willfully operates.
I am convinced the very first lesson they teach in Stockbroker School is "HOW TO OBFUSCATE MATTERS AND AVOID ACCOUNTABILITY FOR YOUR ACTIONS AT ALL COSTS"
