Not sure how much time you spent figuring out the history of what happened with the company aside from the figures that are reported when you made your judgement about management but my thoughts were that if they didn't actually get composites to work when they did there could have been a chance that SDI would be forced into drastic cutbacks or capital raisings to stabilise its financial structure. So I don't really appreciate management which takes those sorts of risks with the company whilst still paying themselves a good wage which they pretty much set for themselves.
