Putting their own money in rather than their investors through Crescent is a good sign.
Crescent itself doesn't report returns and seems to be for larger investors than I. The cynics would say it's an easy way to get board seats but from what I can tell of their record investors with them have done OK and they haven't done a dick simth or anything.
Although the game is buy low sell high.
