I don';t hold but this is producing an interesting chart pattern. The problem with saying buy cheap is what is cheap and when is it cheap. What is cheap now can be expensive in the future and what is expensive now can be cheap. This stock has pretty much been in an uptrend for 18 weeks. That says to me the market is comfortable with what is happening at the company. A correction to this was inevitable and in fact needed, as from early October the stock had become over bought and the price was getting a head of time. This was corrected last week with a fall that gained support at the lower trend line. Again this suggests institutional support and that prices will go higher. So far this week that trend line has held. A rise back above 1.00 (the mid point between the upper and lower trend lines) would suggest the uptrend remains and prices will continue to rise. However failure to do this or a fall a few points below the lower trend line to 0.85 would signal the uptrend was over and prices will go down. So my advice is wait until the market tells you what to do.
