Common sense suggests Cresents' would do whatever they could to at least get their money back and maybe make some money from there...their purchase price per share for CDD being $1.3 or $1.8.. so if your average price is in that range you have a good chance to make some $ too...in my unprofessional and purely speculative opinion.
