IMO it's not anywhere near administration.
However it's a continuing disaster of a company.
If they can't make value out of the east coast infrastructure spending now they never will.
They still hold oil and gas assets in US and South America that will offer nil upside, and continued downside, for atleast a year or 2. Maybe 3.
Basically CDD is a get the heck out of it stock.
There is no way they can justify their current market cap. They can't even justify half of it!!!!!
