This business is not in great shape but its better than it was 12 mths ago --- board renewal, large write-downs taken, assets sold, debt reduced and ( I hope) all skeletons removed from the closet. Still a long way to go and still in early stages of turnaround for company and engineering sector. What makes you think CDD would go into administration? Even if things were that dire Crescent would do everything in its power to prevent that occurring. If share price falls below 85c further I expect I will buy more. I am looking to hold CDD for a couple of years. Good value investing IMHO. DYOR.
