You can't predict the short-term oil price, unfortunately, all you can do is buy solid, cash producing companies with good reserves and good upside (due to acquisitions like ACN and AQO) that can survive longer than anyone else should oil prices remain depressed. Disappointed in price drop, but given the strong fundamentals, not concerned at all.
OPEC members will need to come up with a strategy to restrict supply. At the moment, many countries are going bankrupt quickly, and pissing their most valuable non-renewable resource down the drain in the process. Also, lots of smaller oil companies around the world with high marginal costs cannot continue to produce if present prices persist. Lack of investment - and possibly political self interest - will eventually produce a higher equilibrium price for oil.
