Many positives from the AGM:
Samantha Cheetham taking the reigns
Exciting new products
Sales capability/ distribution in place to drive sales
GMP approval and packaging in Brazil
Good sales momentum in aesthetics, sales in general tracking to expectation this year
Reduced capex demands this year
Tailwinds in currency and silver price coming through
Had a factory tour yesterday and was very impressed with the head of manufacturing, really driving efficiency gains, lean manufacturing best practises. He comes from a large global pharma with lots of experience.
Spoke to management and board members at length with regards to the few very fixable issues, holding the company and SP back - communication with owners& wider investment community, excessive executive remuneration, related party payments. Hope to see these being addressed and will follow up.
