I get that part.
But again what is the patent for? DHA micro encapsulation is a product served by many. The real game is value add eg: infant formula or bread or milk (+DHA). Similarly many operate in this space, some more effec. as their patented tech can derive from algal sources not fish oil. BPD can be prevented through delivery by anyone of these competitors should PH3 show effec.
So the qu still stands, what exactly has been patented?
Reading between lines this is more about sales exec.
