Notwithstanding this is my first post, I have followed Ord on Hot Copper for quite some time and find the contributors to Ord's blog are indeed most entertaining whilst at the same time many of the comments resonate with me. I acquired shares shortly after the company floated and like many bloggers on this stock, I continue to observe a death by a thousand cuts.
Having just perused the latest annual report, my comment to all who read my post relates to Frank Zhu's salary. He continues to draw a total package of some $410k per annum and has done so for 3 years. Add 2 more years to that and he will have bled this little micro cap company that struggles for cash, of $2m. That is quite staggering for a person who has no tangible industry experience and I suspect a comparative analysis with resource sector peers would result in an average no greater than $250k, with such peers delivering greater value because of their solid experience and knowledge.
