Have you ever actually drilled a horizontal well in India in a previously untried formation for a horizontal well, with the locally available services company's and their personnel for the first time ever, and the local logistis/weather/skills situation etc?
Any comparison tto the USA where they have already drilled thousands of horizontal wells (and learned from them) is worthless.
