Take your point but what was to stop them putting a footnote in the Management Ops Overview to say that production and sales post 30 June was significantly performing above the previous FY performance
That would certainly be called spin. Best companies under-promise and over-deliver. I'd be very concerned if OEX started making comments like above. If you want to invest in spin I can name many companies off the top of the top of my head that would satisfy your requirements right now.
