I've been following this company for a long time and correct me...

I've been following this company for a long time and correct me if I'm wrong but don't they need to generate 30 million to fund the phase 3 trial? How can anyone be confident a coal mine will generate this sort of cash? It all seems like pie in the sky stuff from an outsiders point of view. They don't seem to have met any deadlines, I'd like to back them but there's a reason the share price is going nowhere...for now at least
