According to the Annual report on three shareholders could have been the sellers (assuming its one individual)
Ms. Hazziladas 16,550,000 units Macquarie 12,500,000 units Peloton Capital 10,000,000 units
You sometimes see this happen prior to a takeover, i.e., getting one or two of the largest shareholders to sell at a significant premium to recent VWAP before hitting the 20 cent limit.
Just speculation, but looks very odd. I few posts ago I did wonder whether it would be simpler for Magnum to just but the whole thing.
P.S. Hope this is not just an account swapping transaction.
