The debt is a slight concern but the footprint and brands they have in the funeral business are great assets. It is not an easy business to break into. Death is not a topic people like to discuss but with an aging population the numbers and business is there and is not going away. The margins are good, people tend not to haggle skimp when it comes to the funeral of a loved one.

This stock is a long term hold. Leave it in the bottom draw and earn from the increasing dividend payments ad gradual capital gain over time.
