Maybe Blade personnel are all up in the Philippines and not communicating.
Arbitration notice from Raisama would have been sent and they have 30 days to respond. Once Blade responds, an arbitrator is agreed to be appointed and fees paid. I don't think this has happened yet.
If Blade don't communicate I would say both parties could have the project taken off them. Negotiation is probably the best option.
Raisama is low on funds. Hopefully they can sell off the uranium asset and put a freeze on director payments until this is resolved.
It is the original 25% I am worried about and don't know the status.
Can someone comment on this, and whether Blade has responded to Raisamas initial arbitration letter.
