This along with many others has been on my roughies list for years. Given the poor track-record, poor-calibre of management/executives and lack of credible partners, I've never even gotten close to investing, but occasionally popped up on my radar as being of potential interest.
CLQ would provide a comparable example of what a comeback could look like in terms of technology turn-around, but INL is extremely unlikely (I'd go as far as saying impossible).
Don't start me on the BSM saga.
