JWT,the report says they still require the balance of funding,however it also states that this should be finalised in about Dec,and the equipment should be some six months away after,making it July 2012.The report also indicates strengthening income over this term which could lead to more dividends,easier funding,better share price.Wow is that not great for the s/h.
